Visiting our West Bridgford service?

Last September we announced that the Evening Congregation meeting at Lutterell Hall was going to become a location in it’s own right. In addition to everything happening at ‘Edwalton’, it would now be known as our ‘West Bridgford’ Location.

Our Sunday evening services are a bit different to our morning ones. There's no kid's work, its a bit more laid back, and a little bit more fluid in it's schedule.

We are currently meeting in the Thraves Lounge at Lutterell Hall with a view to growing into the main hall.

If you're thinking of visiting us, we have put together the following questions and answers so you can get bit more of a feel about what to expect.

(If you want information on our morning service please click here.)

Where do you meet exactly?

We meet at Thraves Coffee Lounge in Lutterell Hall, which is in the centre of West Bridgford. See the Map and directions on this page. Our address is Lutterell Hall, Church Drive. (Postcode for Sat Navs is NG2 6AY.)

If you are coming by bus, then the city bus green line numbers 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or Trent Barton, the Cotgrave and Mainline stop on Central Aveune a short walk from the hall.

As you approach the building the entrance to the coffee lounge is round the back of the hall, down a walkway just off the car park.

Just follow the flags and someone will be there to greet you.

What time does your Service start and what happens?

We start at 6.30pm with refreshments and a time to chit the chat. Then, when we're ready, we will move into any of the following items given our programme for that night or however the Spirit leads us: worship, prayer, preaching, testimony, open mic, ministry.

We aim to finish by 8.30pm.

Where can I park?

We have free parking on site! The car park is behind the hall.

If spaces run out there are several local car parks within short walking distance, as well as some spaces directly opposite on the road. (For more details on local car parks - including charges, payment methods and capacities - click here.)

Either way, look out for our car parking stewards in hi-vis jackets, they will help you yout and point you in the right direction.

Do you accomodate children or babies?

We don't encourage children to attend as the service is not designed with them in mind, but our Edwalton and Ruddington services are!

What is the age demographic?

Although we have adults of all ages as part of our location, we very much want to cater more and more for students and young adults.

Do you have disabled facilities?

Yes. There is ramped access to the lounge, and also a disabled/accessible toilet.

Is there a dress-code?

No. Come as you feel comfortable!

Can I arrange a meeting with one of the Ministers?

Yes, if you can't get to see either of them during the service then contact us and we will set this up for you.
