We are now hosting services back onsite as well as online. Our services at The Hub will be at 9.30am and 11.15am and will be available to attend through our internet booking system.
If you're thinking of visiting one of our Sunday Services, we have put together the following information so you know what to expect.
We will be live-streaming our 11.15am service for those who are unable to attend in person and you can find out more about our online services here.
Book in below from Monday lunchtime...
We will have limited seats available for each service in order to create a safe and physically distanced environment. To secure your seat, you need to book in online (including any children/youth). Please only book in if you know you are definitely coming. To allow everyone the opportunity to attend a service please only book for one service. You do not need to print a ticket as we will have your details once you've booked in.
Please use the link below to reserve your seat.
If you book in but then are unable to attend, please let us know so we can offer the space to someone else.
You will need to bring a face covering to wear (visors not accepted) throughout the service. This is a legal requirement. Hand-sanitisers are available at all entrances and exits. All surfaces will be cleaned in between services.
We will take your temperature upon arrival. Anyone with a high temperature will unfortunately have to return home immediately. Toilets will be available but we would encourage you to go at home before you come if you can.
There will be a seating plan with allocated seating in operation and a steward will direct you to your seat. Household/support bubbles will be able to sit together providing you advise us when you book in. Seating will be arranged in line with the latest government guidelines.
A one way system will be in place entering through the front door and exiting through the side door.
If you have been diagnosed with, or are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, you must not attend any services while you self-isolate. If you have been in close contact with someone diagnosed or experiencing symptoms please also stay home. If you have returned from international travel please check if you need to self-isolate before attending a service.
The main symptoms of coronavirus are:
Doors open 15 minutes before the service starts. We have two services 9.30am and 11.15am which will last around about an hour. The services will be duplicated so you won't be missing out by not attending one. You do need to book in online to be able to attend.
To comply with Government guidelines we won't be singing out loud as the band lead worship, but that doesnt stop you engaging in the worship!
During the offering there will be an opportunity to give online if you would like to do so. There will also be a bowl as you exit to place any tithes or offerings into should you prefer (envelopes will be placed under seats).
For communion services, the bread and juice will be placed under your chair.
At the moment we do not have children or youth work available onsite, but we are working hard to make this possible. They are all welcome at services but will need to stay seated with parents and carers at all times!
We have baby changing facilities available both in the ladies, disabled and creche toilets. Please ask a steward for help or to point you in the right direction if needed.
We meet at The Rock Hub on Wellin Lane in Edwalton. See the Map and directions on this page. Our address is 13-15 Wellin Lane. (Postcode for Sat Navs is NG12 4AS.)
